Twice a year we invite a cohort of startups to participate in our two-week Immersion Program. During those two weeks, C-Level officers and founders participate in workshops, meetings and activities that not only inspire but help assess the current strategic position of the company, plot improvements to ramp-up growth, define a roadmap based on strategic and tactical considerations and last but not least, start working on it.
 
Desafía’s Immersion Program is a public initiative for Spanish startups only. In order to be considered, companies must be incorporated in Spain, have a scalable business model and have traction in terms of revenue and funding. So far we seem to be on track— both, the startups we’ve helped and their investors are happy with our work.
